  Only establishment I've ever been to that is consistently understaffed. They're greedy, and don't care what we have to say or think so long as we keep spending our money there.
  
  The night manager Rob is a total lazy tool. When he's working there's never coffee, and the machines that provide cream, sugar etc are unattended, dirty and empty. Not to mention his attitude toward customers is appalling.
  
  As a flagship location beside your corporate office one would assume you want to leave a good impression.....needs help.

  While in the store an adult with special needs was asking questions to an employee about what she was doing. Instead of answering quickly and blowing him off because she was busy, she explained to him in a friendly manner what her task was. She kept a conversation with him and was so accepting. As a parent of a special needs parent this melted my heart! Kiddos sheetz for having such an exceptional employee!!
